Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. 

Cancellations

Due to the high increase in last minute cancellations, we have no alternative but to place a 50% charge on cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. We have the right to refuse and will result in a 50% charge of your booked service. 

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without cancellation will result in a 100% charge of your booked service.
